First Aid & CPR Courses

Standard First Aid  & CPR C with AED is a comprehensive overview of the lifesaving skill of first aid. The course covers all major emergencies such as heart attacks, strokes and chocking as well as minor emergencies such as cuts and bee stings. The CPR element of this course covers CPR for all ages as well as the integration of an AED. This course is certified through the Ontario Lifesaving Society which is recognized by the Workplace Safety + Insurance Board. Certifications received are valid for three years. This course is best suited for participants aged 14+.

My name is Marisa I grew up in Uxbridge. I am a certified First Aid and CPR Instructor and Examiner and I have been teaching First Aid and CPR for over 10  years, along with many years of lifeguarding experience. I use a hands-on approach and up to date materials, including AED training. I thoroughly enjoy passing on my love of first aid to my course participants.
